Our aim is to provide information to parents which allows them to make informed choices about pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding and to provide a supportive background to empower parents to act upon their decisions. We help thousands of Mums and Dads each year through pregnancy, birth and early days of parenthood. We offer antenatal and postnatal courses, local support and reliable, up to date and evidence based information to help all parents make informed choices. Toddler & Baby Groups: currently no in person groups during to Covid 19 public health advice. (*in non Covid times, First visit to the Toddler Group is free. then each visit is €2 for Cuidiu Members and €4 for Non-Members.*)

🎄🎅🏻 Don’t forget! Our Christmas Party is happening, Tuesday 16th December during our regular baby & toddler group — and we are extra excited because Mrs Oddsocks will be joining us for some festive fun and entertainment! 🎉✨

Feel free to wear your Christmas jumper or festive best if you’d like 🎄🎅🏻

This will also be our last toddler group of the year before we take a little break for the holidays.

🎄 Christmas Breastfeeding Coffee Morning – Tomorrow! 🎄

A little reminder that our last in-person breastfeeding group of 2025 is happening tomorrow, Friday 12th December, in Clonard Community Centre from 10am.

We’ll have mince pies, hot cuppas, and plenty of chats. Feel free to wear your festive jumper if you’d like 🎅✨

As always, there is no charge to attend. We welcome expecting parents and anyone breastfeeding at any stage of your journey. You’re more than welcome to bring a friend or partner too!

💬 Hosted by our fully qualified, volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellors — whether you're breastfeeding, chestfeeding, combo-feeding, or exclusively pumping, this is a safe, supportive space for you.

Our Baby & Toddler Group is back this Tuesday at 10.30am in the main hall at Clonard Community Centre!

🧸 Bring your little ones along for a cosy morning of play, chats, and connection — there’ll be plenty of toys and space to explore.

☕️ We’ll have the kettle on and snacks ready (just bring a drink for your child). It’s the perfect way to warm up and catch up as the weather turns chilly!

☕ Bumps to Babes Coffee Morning ☀️

Join us Saturday morning for a relaxed Bumps to Babes coffee morning — a welcoming space for expectant parents and those with little ones in arms.

Our group is hosted by Cuidiú trained volunteers from our Antenatal, Breastfeeding and Parent Support sectors.

Whether you're bottle feeding, breastfeeding, or just need a change of scenery and some adult conversation, you're very welcome here!

Come for the cuppa, stay for the chats, support, and gentle community. No pressure — just bring yourself (and your bump or baby!) and enjoy a cosy catch-up with others on a similar journey.
