Our aim is to provide information to parents which allows them to make informed choices about pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding and to provide a supportive background to empower parents to act upon their decisions. We help thousands of Mums and Dads each year through pregnancy, birth and early days of parenthood. We offer antenatal and postnatal courses, local support and reliable, up to date and evidence based information to help all parents make informed choices. Toddler & Baby Groups: currently no in person groups during to Covid 19 public health advice. (*in non Covid times, First visit to the Toddler Group is free. then each visit is €2 for Cuidiu Members and €4 for Non-Members.*)

💕 Sending love to all of the fantastic Mammies, Mums, Mamas, Moms, Mums-to-be, Step mums, Foster mums, Grannies, Aunts and all of those in a mothering role in our community.

💕 We know days like these aren't easy for all - for lots of reasons, so mind yourselves and reach out for support if you need it.

💕 Sometimes motherhood doesn't always look like we planned or expected and that's okay. Your feelings and experiences are valid - each of us has our own unique journey.

This March the RSA’s Check it Fits service will be visiting County Wexford. Did you know it’s the law that all children under 150cms or 36kgs must use a child car seat appropriate to their weight and height. In Ireland as many as 54% of child car seats are incorrectly fitted which can lead to serious injury or even death in a collision. Since the start of the service, the RSA’s ‘Check it Fits’ Service has checked over 70,000 child car seats and restraints in Ireland.


The Check it Fits service is quick, it’s easy, it’s free. On the day our experts will advise on how to fix any problem, demonstrate how to fit the restraint correctly and answer any queries participants might have. Our experts aim to put parent’s, grandparent’s and guardian’s minds at ease that their child’s car seat is safely and securely fitted in their car.
