Study links acupuncture to back-pain relief.

As someone who's been studying and practising acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for almost 15yrs. and had the privilege of seeing it first hand in hospitals in Vietnam, this comes as no surprise. However it's always nice to see new research validating this amazing safe system of medicine.

(Please note that dry needling is not the same as acupuncture and while in some cases it can also help with pain, research pertaining to acupuncture can not be interchanged with dry needling. )

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me in the last 20years. Life has had its ups and downs in those 20 years but having a job that I love and meeting and helping people everyday has been a massive positive, challenging and exciting part of that. You know you don't have to be an athlete to benefit from cupping. This is a technique I use a lot in clinic, using traditional methods, to encourage healing. And trust me, it's a lot more gentle than it looks.☺️
