One to One Mindfulness Sessions

One to One Mindfulness Sessions offer a quiet space, just for you.

Sometimes what we need most is not another strategy, but a moment to pause, breathe, and be met exactly where we are. One-to-One Mindfulness Sessions offer you a private, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface of everyday life.

These sessions are personal, practical, and grounded. There’s no pressure to “do mindfulness right” or to fix anything. Instead, we work with awareness, noticing sensations in the body, emotions as they arise, the flow of thoughts, and how all of this shapes your choices and actions.

What One to One Mindfulness Sessions support:

Spiritual Therapy.

Yesterday, I began sharing information about the unique offerings in my Wellbeing Practice, starting the Spiritual Guidance Consultation.

Today, I am sharing some insight into another offering that is deeply close to my heart:

Spiritual Therapy.

Spiritual Therapy is a sacred space for those seeking deeper healing and transformation beyond traditional approaches. It supports you in reconnecting with your inner truth, your soul’s guidance, and the greater intelligence that flows through all of life.

There is a part of each one of us that knows the answers and the way forward. It is always peaceful, always strong, and always connected to something greater than us. Some call it our spirit, others call it our Higher Self or soul awareness – the title is not important, what is vital is that we feel connected and aligned with this part of us, because life is just happier when we are.

Perhaps you have noticed that life’s pace has increased – I know I have. Along with this comes increased demands for our attention, increased responsibility, increased stress and anxiety and an increased external focus. As a result, more and more people are experiencing a decreased connection with themselves and their Truth (with a capital T) – the divine spark that enlivens and inspires us.

Through the process of Spiritual Therapy, we reconnect with the all-knowing part of ourselves, listen to its wisdom, and allow it to guide us forward, liberating us from outworn patterns and awakening our awareness to what is most important. What’s more, Spiritual Therapy aligns us with that part of us that’s connected to something greater than our thoughts, habits and behavioural patterns, aware of who we are and walking the paths of wisdom, naturally.

Over the coming days, I’m going to gently share each of my offerings, one day at a time.

I often find that people are curious about what I do, but not always fully sure what a session involves or how it might support them.

So, I feel called to slow it down and explain each offering clearly, detailing what it is, what happens in a session, and most importantly, how it can help you in your life right now.

Each day I’ll share a short description from my website, giving you a deeper sense of the intention behind the work and the transformation it can support.

The Spiritual Guidance Consultation.

Your Spiritual Guidance Consultation aims to help you gain clarity in the midst and guidance on your path forward.

As a natural intuitive coach, I have helped thousands of clients find peace and direction during life challenges since 1999.

What is involved in a Spiritual Guidance Consultation
During your session, we first clarify the areas where you seek clarity and guidance. Then, I connect with your energy, your spirit team (Spirit Guides, Angels, Arch Angels and loved ones who have passed on) and read the energy present. This process ensures that the guidance you receive is tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.

How does it work?
The way I have always viewed Spirit’s perspective is this:

Imagine you are driving down a motorway. You have an ample view of the road ahead, what’s behind you, and to your left and right. However, Spirit are like the guys in the helicopter high above. Their view is significantly more expansive and detailed than ours. During your reading, they relate what’s present and the most effective ways to navigate the path forward. Equally, they have an eagle-eye view of the landscape, which helps them read and relate the energy we cannot see to offer deeper clarity and guidance on how to meet what’s present in the most effective and nourishing ways. I also consult with the tarot cards throughout your reading, which help clarify Spirit’s messages.

My Approach & Perspective
You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop – Rumi.

My approach is person-centred and solution-focused. I come from the perspective of knowing how precious and sacred this life is and a deep respect for the opportunity to help you on your life’s journey to realise who you are and the sacred power within you. This power can hold us through all challenges faced in our lives and enables us to access the wisdom within so that we recognise that we are part of that sacred power, too.

The process through which a reading unfolds also reinforces our innate awareness that there is no disconnection. Our loved ones may have left the physical experience, but they have not left us. We cannot physically see our spirit guides and angels, but they are present, helping us every step of the way with unconditional love and support for who we are and guiding us toward who we can experience ourselves to be – the fullest and most peaceful version of ourselves.

In addition to over twenty-five years of experience reading for clients, I am a highly experienced spiritual coach and mindfulness instructor with a global clientele regarding readings and spiritual coaching clients. I completed a Master of Science in Mindfulness-based Well-being and a Higher Diploma in Coaching Psychology from University College Cork, both with first-class honours.

Therefore, I integrate the spiritual and an evidence-based approach when helping you to navigate your path forward skilfully.

As energy and Spirit are omnipresent and not restricted by physical limitations, in-person and online sessions work the same way.
