I created & recorded this Morning Meditation for The January Self Love Club & yesterday I was talking to 2 women that still listen to this every morning. It filled my heart with joy to hear that and I thought I would share it here incase anyone else would like to listen. My intention with this 5 minute meditation was to align the listener with the higher frequencies first thing in the morning, preparing them for a beautiful day and aligning them with anything they are currently manifesting into their reality. At the end of the meditation I invite you to write your morning gratitude list so I suggest having a pen and journal close by and creating a list of 5-10 things you are grateful for in the moment when the meditation is over. If you decide to listen I hope it brings a little magic to your day ☯️🩷🕉️

Myself and are excited to share that we are co-hosting a beautiful Heart Opening Day Retreat to celebrate the opening of Myriam’s new space in Gorey Business Park. On the day we will be opening with a Rose infused Cacao ceremony, we will open the heart chakra further with gentle yoga poses, journalling and sharing in circle, we will enjoy some nourishing food before relaxing for a reiki healing circle and heart centred Soundbath. The day will start at 11am and finish at 5pm. Exchange is €120. We would love for you to join if you feel drawn to. Message either of us to book your space with a €20 deposit.
