We're pleased to announce participation in the new Common Conditions Service from 19/1/2026.
The 8 conditions included are Shingles, Impetigo, Uncomplicated lower UTI, Acute Infective Conjunctivitis, Thrush (oral and vulvovaginal) & Allergic Rhinitis.
Depending on the assessment, the pharmacist may offer self-care advice, provide over-the-counter (OTC) medicine, or issue a prescription for a "Prescription-Only Medicine" (POM).
A consultation charge will apply, and the service will be without pre-booking.

From next week a quantity of flu vaccines should be delivered to the pharmacy. If you are interested in getting one here call us on 053-9175595 to discuss. The intranasal vaccine for 2-17yrs is not yet available. You can check out the HSE eligibility and recommendation information here

From next week the Janssen (Johnson&Johnson) vaccine will be available from Bridgetown Pharmacy for unvaccinated over 50s.
Supplies are limited.

In an attempt to ensure the pharmacy stays operating during the Covid-19 outbreak, we are splitting into two teams and changing opening hours slightly.
