A CPD day packed with valuable knowledge focused on improving the care we provide for our diabetic patients.

Keeping our skills up to date and refining the assessments we carry out in clinic is essential in providing the best possible care.

👂 New Service Coming to Happy Feet Foot Clinic

From June, we will be introducing Ear Irrigation (Ear Wax Removal) at the clinic.

This is a verruca following treatment with Verrutop® 👣

Verrutop is a professional-use topical treatment formulated with a nitric–zinc complex, which works by:
• denaturing viral proteins
• desiccating and devitalising the virally infected tissue
• inducing controlled cellular necrosis (targeted destruction of affected cells)

This leads to a gradual mummification of the verruca, allowing the non-viable tissue to separate while preserving the surrounding healthy skin.

What you’re seeing here is the careful reduction of non-viable, keratinised tissue following treatment — an important step in:
• reducing viral load
• improving treatment efficacy
• supporting healthy skin regeneration

Verrucas are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and can persist for extended periods without appropriate treatment. A structured treatment plan is often required for full resolution.
