The first of my summer terms of Baby Reflexology is starting on Wednesday 20thMay in Coolcotts community centre, Wexford.

A baby reflexology class is a welcoming, nurturing space to meet, chat, share & laugh with other parents all while bonding with your baby. Always relaxed & baby led......over 3 mornings you will learn simple Reflexology techniques to help:

🍓 Ease symptoms of colic, wind & reflux
🍉 Soothe, calm & relax baby ...helping sleep patterns
🍒 Ease teething pain & sinus congestion
🍇 Ease symptoms of coughs & colds
🍑 Encourage bonding & build parents confidence

Class runs for 3 weeks from Wednesday 20th May - 3rd June from 10.30-11.30am.

Cost: €50 includes notes, charts, oil & goody bag
Deposit: €15 to hold your place.

Suitable from Newborn to crawling.
Covered on private health insurance.
