🧘‍♀️ Spaces available for Tuesday 8pm Restorative Yoga. Thursdays are full at the moment 🪷

This deeply nourishing 1.5 hour class is slower paced, staying in postures longer with the use of props, encouraging a deep connection with the breath to support surrender to the postures. This promotes working with your parasympathetic nervous system of rest and response.
Working with mudra (hand gestures) pranayama ( breath work) mantra, relaxation and meditation practices will further deepen your connection with yourself.

Join us for a deeply nourishing yoga and sound bath experience designed to awaken and balance the throat chakra—the center of communication, truth, and self-expression. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and heart-opening postures, we’ll gently release tension held in the neck, shoulders, and jaw, creating space for your authentic voice to emerge.
The practice flows into an immersive sound bath featuring healing frequencies and vibrational instruments that resonate with the throat chakra, supporting clarity, emotional release, and energetic alignment. As sound waves move through the body, you’re invited to rest, receive, and listen inward.
We’ll close our time together with guided mantra work, using sacred sound and vocal vibration to anchor the practice and empower self-expression from a place of ease and confidence. No prior experience with yoga, mantra or sound healing is necessary—just a willingness to explore, soften, and be heard.

She teaches a classical style practice incorporating philosophy, mantra, and meditation along with postures, breath work, and relaxation practices.

Siobhan Foxton has been practising yoga and mantra since her early 20’s. She completed her 200-hour yoga teaching in 2016 with Yoga hub. She has been influenced by many styles of yoga and particularly enjoys vinyasa flows .She spent a month in an Ashram in India to immerse herself in yoga, mantra, and meditation. She has always been drawn to sound and mantra and has recently completed her sound healing diploma. She uses sound to heal the body and to reset her clients' nervous systems. She runs her own sound healing practice in Arklow, where she offers 1-1 sound therapy treatments and Rahanni Celestial healings. She also offers group sound baths to interested parties.
