We have such a lovely lovely group of Men that attend with us on Wednesday Mornings!
They do their Hour of Guided Exercise Sitting in their Chair and Standing beside their Chair!
This is then followed by a nice Mug of Tea/ Coffee and something nice to go with it.
But the most important part of it is....

The Chats!!
The Connection ❤️
The Community ❤️

Older Men are very much in danger of Social Isolation and associated issues of Loneliness, Low Mood and all of that.
