We all had so much fun today with Genna from .with.nature at her mindful wreath making workshop. It was nice to shut our phones off for 2 hours and enjoy some time with a lovely bunch of people crafting, creating and drinking tea.

Intro to Somatic Movement with Isabel

This coming weekend:
Somatic movement is a gentle, internal practice that emphasises body awareness and mindful movement to retrain the brain and muscles, improve flexibility, and release chronic tension and pain.

Isabel is a trained Neuromuscular Physical Therapist , Massage Therapist and Clinical Somatic Educator.

We currently have some free time slots for regular weekly classes such as yoga, fitness, dance, or any type of movement modality.

Private group meeting also welcome.

The rental includes storage space, yoga mats, yoga bolsters, blankets, lots of yoga blocks / props, chairs, tables.
