On Easter Saturday, and I will be hosting a deeply nourishing wellness retreat in a beautiful nature setting by the woods, a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Together we’ll move through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a calming sound bath, guided meditation, and gentle EFT tapping to release stress and bring the body back into balance. Optional forest walk after the event 🌳

We cant just blame EVERYTHING on our hormones.

Our hormones interact with and are influenced by our other systems, like our digestive system, our nervous system etc.

Hormones influence almost everything: your energy, mood, sleep, digestion, focus, appetite, and how resilient you feel to stress.

When hormones are out of balance, it’s not just one thing that’s affected. Multiple systems feel it at the same time.

For example: Low progesterone can show up as anxiety, poor sleep, and PMS. Blood sugar swings can feel like fatigue, brain fog, irritability, and cravings. Thyroid stress can affect energy, mood, digestion, and cycle regularity.
