I really enjoyed speaking with the Women’s web this morning at my local Primary Care Centre. We discussed how homeopathy can support and nourish our bodies as we age. I gave examples from my own clinic of how remedies have helped patients of mine with arthritis, urinary incontinence, sleep disorders, thyroid function and prolapse.

I was able to share how homeopathy is gentle, non toxic, safe to use alongside conventional medicine and can help restore and facilitate healing.

Thank you to the Women’s Web for inviting me to speak with you and share my No 1 passion!!!

This was me minutes before starting my full day lecture this Saturday on 'Demystifying treating autism and other related conditions with homeopathy' to 39 homeopaths from the Irish Society of Homeopaths.

I shared what I have learnt over the last 5 years of focusing on patients with autism, PANS/PANDAS, developmental delay and Down Syndrome.

I really enjoyed teaching for the day and am adding 'lecturer' to my CV!!
