A little shout out for Min .yoga
I am a competitive sprinter & had a big championship coming up. My training program was an intense 12 week block of 4 days on the track + 2-3 times in the gym. As I got closer to the championship, my body was crying out for some gentle movement.
I couldn't make Min's evening Yin class so I got in touch & asked her if she would consider doing a 1:1 with me. I was so thrilled when she agreed.
I had 1 session a week for the 2 weeks prior to the Championship & it was so, so perfect. Min welcomed me into her Zen yoga den & took me under her wings. She really listened to what I needed & created 2 beautiful sessions where I just felt so relaxed & cared for. That's just Min's way, it's what she does so effortlessly & so naturally.
I floated out of her home into my day not only a looser, more relaxed athlete but I was a better, nicer Mom, wife and human!
If you're a beginner or the most advanced yogi, I honestly can't recommend her highly enough. Everyone needs a bit of Min in their lives ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ฉท๐
