No long weekend here at Serenity Natural Therapies 🤣 A little behind the scenes - creating my magical Spell Jars, available in Mind Body Soul Wicklow and my place ✨️

These are the most popular version - 30ml and only €8 each. They come in a gorgeous purple (of course!) organza bag, with a vintage note explaining their ingredients and properties ⚕️

Each one is made with intention and lots of love. I hope you enjoy them - as much as I enjoy creating them ❤️

Sounds of Serenity is a monthly gathering encompassing Grounding, Meditation, Sound Bathing, and Oracle Card guidance - a sacred space created to help you slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

No experience necessary

Wicklow Singers annual Christmas concert on December 19th in St. Patrick's Church, Wicklow Town.
A beautiful evening of festive music, with a huge raffle on the night.

All proceeds go to charity. Please see poster for further details. We would love to have you there! 🎄

First time making a gingerbread house last night.

Looks lovely doesn't it? Nice and festive.

What you DON'T see is the many times it fell down, the icing wasn't right, and there may have been some cursing at one point 🤣

Did it turn out perfect? No, but it's still beautiful.
Will it fall apart at some point? Maybe!

Facebook vs Reality - remember that going into Christmas 😉

But all turned out well and it was a lovely evening. Might have to make it a yearly tradition 🎄

Feeling deep appreciation for nature as the seasons change and we prepare for Winter, with the animals who move alongside us and the rhythm of planet Earth 🌏

The Swan is a symbol of grace, dignity, and serenity.

This is a reminder for us to move through life with calm and grace, even when facing challenges beneath the surface.
