It was important that the students didn’t leave hungry 🙃. Chicken, Ham, Stuffing, Cauliflower Cheese, Brocolli, Peas, carrot, parsnip and a tonne of spuds - and gravy that was out of sight!!! We are all replete and I managed to salvage some for my mammy 😂…. Swips in the stuffing and gravy and part of a calcium choice in the cauliflower and I cooked the potato in olive oil as a healthy fat choice for my portion. Delicious even if I do say so myself ❤️. This is how we roll in Slimming World 💪

Feeding time at the zoo 😂😂. What I love most about Slimming World is its flexibility and generosity. Josh has 5 friends home from uni ….. but I didn’t compromise and spaghetti bolognese was fully Slimming World friendly with 1/3 calcium choice for the cheese …… garlic bread at the back for the heathens but I was so replete from my bowl and found it very easy to pass 💪 We can eat like this and lose weight ❤️❤️💪. Come join us xx

I’m absolutely LOVING the new variety of Healthy Extra choices on Slimming World. Here’s how I used mine today
20g Granola as 1/2 healthy fibre choice
25g Peanut butter as a healthy fat choice
then
1/2 a wholemeal bagel slim as 1/2 healthy fibre choice
70g Avocado as a healthy fat choice
Absolutely GORGEOUS ❤️. So much additional choice and creativity ❤️
