Upper body strength plays an important role in everyday movement — from lifting and carrying to maintaining good posture 💪
Three exercises we often use in clinic:
1️⃣ Shoulder press – supports strength and confidence in overhead movement.
2️⃣ Rows – strengthen the upper back and help counteract long periods of sitting.
3️⃣ Lateral raises – improve shoulder stability and control.
