I am a Physical Therapist based in Wicklow town, I also run a clinic in Greystones.

The Belvedere clinic, based in the Gogym in Charlesland, offers the following services: Pain management, training, rehabilitation, injury prevention, trigger point therapy, relief from arthritic pain Dry Needling, Physical therapy, chronic pain advice. I provide services for the relief of pain as well as injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. Physical Therapy treatments are by appointments only and can be made via email or telephone.Details of Covid19 protocols are on the website in the news section.Treatment options include Dry Needling Joint Mobilisation Techniques, Myofascial release, Positional Release, Swedish Massage, Triggerpoint Release, Pain coaching service available.

Many thanks to everyone who supported the clinic in 2025. We hope you were pleased with the service we offered.

We do not take your support for granted and I hope we never will. The trust you place in us is something we respect and honour and we will continue to do so.

This year our clinic will close at lunchtime on the 24th and will stay closed until the 30th it will close at lunchtime on the 31st and reopen in January 5th, starting with our new season of stronger together at 9am.

There will be a limited emergency service available over the holiday period.

Once again we wish all our friends and clients the very best of everything and a peaceful Christmas among friends and family.

Most people go about there daily business with any number of things that would show up as significant findings on a scan but have no pain whatsoever.

There's a reason Physios tend to be reluctant to send people for imaging, a lot of the time the results are irrelevant, and can be frightening for the patient.

At the Belvedere Clinic we're always looking for the best options for our patients, sometimes that may include imaging, and sometimes it may not. We will of course respect your choice and will discuss the results of your scan with you if you choose to get one.

This time of year puts all sorts of pressure on people. The demands on our time can feel oppressive.

Friends, family, work all looking for a piece of you, can mean you have no time for yourself and your own health.

If your putting off treatment for an injury or an ongoing pain because you don't have time, we can help.

Our clinic is open from 7 to 7 Monday to Friday, so there's more chances for you to get the help you need.

Based in the Go Gym complex in knockroe, with lots of free parking, you can get in and out nice and early so you can get on with your day.

It won't solve all your time problems, but it will be one less.
