The Belvedere Clinic I am a Physical Therapist based in Wicklow town, I also run a clinic in Greystones.

The Belvedere clinic, based in the Gogym in Charlesland, offers the following services: Pain management, training, rehabilitation, injury prevention, trigger point therapy, relief from arthritic pain Dry Needling, Physical therapy, chronic pain advice. I provide services for the relief of pain as well as injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. Physical Therapy treatments are by appointments only and can be made via email or telephone.Details of Covid19 protocols are on the website in the news section.Treatment options include Dry Needling Joint Mobilisation Techniques, Myofascial release, Positional Release, Swedish Massage, Triggerpoint Release, Pain coaching service available.

I was a late starter to the Stronger Together program, having missed the first couple of sessions. However with 2 classes per week and homework at the weekend, even after two or three weeks, I am definitely feeling the benefits of increased energy, strength and stamina.

"After weeks of consent pain in my hip & thigh where I couldn't go upstairs unless I crawled, I went to Nour in Belvedere Clinic. Right from the start, I felt a hugh difference. Nour not only provided relief through massage but also gave me an exercise plan to do at home between clinic visits.
Nour is a professional, knowledgeable, kind & caring physiotherapist who explains everything step by step. She also demonstrates the exercise needed.

Yes there is actually an International Men's Day. What will you do to celebrate and acknowledge men and positive masculinity?

The 2025 Irish theme for International Men's Day is 

"Shoulder-to-Shoulder: Connecting for Health", which was also the theme for Men's Health Week 2025. This theme emphasizes men supporting each other and normalizing conversations about health and well-being to encourage positive health behaviors.

This is the final part of our Autumn collection of changes at the Belvedere Clinic.

It's been a busy few months, this Autumn, we had new signage installed, which looks amazing.

We brought on-board Nuaran, who is an amazing skilled and knowledgeable physio. She brings her personality and energy to the practice.

We expanded our opening hours to accommodate early risers in the Greystones area.

We started the Stronger Together program, created and managed by Nouran, designed for people who are concerned about their muscle and bone strength. This is a great program intended to improve quality of living as we age, to reduce the risk of falls and fractures.

Finally we have revamped our website, belvedereclinic.ie and gave it a much needed make-over and included our new online booking feature.

We hope you have enjoyed the changes, but, the one thing we did not and will not change is our commitment to provide the BEST customer service experience and evidence based physical/physio therapy service in Greystones.
