Happy Friday Everyone! I'm hoping to get to the beach today for a seaswim!

I am thinking a lot lately in how we as Creative Arts Therapists are going to adapt our modalities going forward. I hope that after the sea swim it will help give me clarity in decisions I must make regards remote therapy sessions. The sea really helps me to ground myself and focus.
