Anxiety is everywhere.
We hear it in classrooms.
At kitchen tables.
In staff rooms.
But behind the word “anxiety” are real children and teenagers with racing hearts, overthinking minds, emotional shutdown, big reactions and nervous systems that feel constantly switched on, activated and alert.
Most of them have never been explicitly taught what’s happening in their bodies.
They’re told to calm down. To Relax. To Breathe. To be resilient. To manage stress. But how?
Over the years, I’ve realised how deeply passionate I am about working with our youth. With my background in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, sound healing and current Compassionate Inquiry Method studies and Caroline’s expertise as an accredited CBT Coach, trained in Counselling, Psychotherapeutic Practices and Cognitive Behavioural Approaches, we knew we could create something practical, evidence-informed and genuinely needed in schools.
So we did.
We’ve developed an interactive wellbeing programme for secondary schools that teaches teens:
• What anxiety actually is (and why it’s normal)
• How their nervous system works
• How to regulate in real time
• How to manage overthinking
• How to reset, refocus and build resilience tools.
Blending mindfulness, breathwork, guided relaxation, sound healing,m and CBT-informed tools, this isn’t just awareness it’s skill-building.
We’re starting delivery in schools over the coming months because our teens need this. Wellbeing and these skills are not a luxury anymore; they are essential.
If you’re a parent who wants practical mental health skills taught in schools share this with your school.
If you’re a teacher seeing stress in students daily let’s work together.
We offer half day to full day workshops. Intentionally timed workshops for full presence, and time to integrate not rushing them off to the next thing after.
It’s time we stop normalising chronic anxiety and start teaching regulation.
