Get ready – we’re starting our CLEANSE this SATURDAY! 🚀✨
It’s time to refresh the body and recharge those batteries! Today is the day to make a solid shopping list. What’s going in the cart? We’re going all-natural, preferably organic (BIO):
🥕 Veggie Base: Carrots, beets, parsley root, celery, zucchini, pumpkin, kohlrabi.
🥗 Green Power & Freshness: Spinach, green beans, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, and fresh parsley.
🍋 Natural Boosters: Fresh ginger, lemons, apples, and pears.
🌾 The Essentials: Millet (the queen of grains!) and liquid gold—extra virgin olive oil plus healing oils (milk thistle, flaxseed, evening primrose, and sea buckthorn).
🌿 Flavor & Health: Herbes de Provence, thyme, oregano, basil, black sesame, and goji berries.
We kick off Saturday morning with a warm bowl of millet cooked in water with goji berries. The secret touch? Topping it all off with toasted black sesame for that amazing nutty aroma and an extra health kick! 😋🖤
