Maria is an experienced 500hr Yoga Teacher who has studied under such fabulous and influential Teachers as Josh Summers, Aeriel Kiely, Dagmar Khan, Sri Radha O’Neill, Noah Maze...... Maria lives and teaches classes and workshops in East Cork. Maria is warm hearted and respectful to her students of all ages and abilities and she places a specific focus on body mechanics and safety in her classes.
