You are welcome to join me on Friday evening 5.30-6.30pm in Clarenbridge Garden Centre for Yoga in nature.

My yoga is gentle, fluid, and rooted in deep listening to the body. Each practice is an invitation to soften, unravel, and return home to yourself. We move slowly, with awareness, allowing the body to lead. Classes close with restorative postures and grounding meditation, so you leave feeling nourished, held, and reconnected.

It is suitable for all levels of experience.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Join myself and at the college gardens in Youghal on Sunday 8th at 11.30am.

☀️ 108 Sun Salutations for Gaza ☀️

Join us as we come together in community and movement, raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Gaza — providing urgent medical care where it's needed most.

We’ll be doing 108 sun salutations, a sacred number in yoga that represents spiritual completion and collective intention. It’s a powerful moving meditation and a way to embody solidarity, prayer, and hope.

You’re invited to take part in all of it — or just as much as you feel called to.
✨ You can rest at any time
✨ You can sit and breathe
✨ You can simply be present

It will take approximately 2.5 hours.
It’s a day to gather, move with purpose, and hold Gaza in our hearts.

All donations go directly to MSF Gaza.

My yoga classes are back!

A gentle but empowering somatic-based yoga class designed to guide you inward—into presence, breath, and embodied awareness. Through intuitive movement, breathwork, and grounding meditations, you’ll reconnect with your inner self and nervous system.

This class invites deep rest, self-resourcing, and restoration, while weaving in subtle work with the meridians to support energy flow and balance. A space to listen, feel, and come home to your body.

No experience necessary.
Get in touch for more details or to book.
You can message me directly here or contact me on 083 818 0832

I look forward to hearing from you

Grá,

Eilís

Ever notice how Gorse is one of the first plants to grow back on desolate ground. It enriches the soil. It is known as a nitrogen fixer.
Gorse is useful in restoring poor soils, promoting fertility, and supporting the growth of other plants in degraded landscapes.

Gorse flower essence is known for bringing hope, renewal, and resilience, especially in times of despair or deep discouragement. It helps shift a sense of hopelessness or resignation into a quiet inner strength and belief in new possibilities.

Emotional & Energetic Support:

Helps when feeling stuck in despair, giving up, or believing that nothing will change.

Restores faith in the future, even after long periods of struggle.

Encourages perseverance and optimism in difficult situations.

Gently lifts the spirit without forcing positivity, allowing for a natural rekindling of hope.

Physical & Energetic Links:

Often used for chronic conditions or long-term healing journeys where hope has faded.

Supports fertility journeys when there is exhaustion from setbacks or a feeling of giving up.

Helpful for those recovering from burnout or prolonged stress, rekindling inner light.

Spiritual & Subtle Body Benefits:

Helps clear energetic stagnation, especially in the solar plexus and heart chakra.

Gorse is a wonderful flower essence for anyone who feels they’ve "tried everything" but lost faith in their own healing or transformation. It gently reminds them that new possibilities are still unfolding.

Send me a DM if you are interested in being supported by this plant.

My essences are made of 50% well water, 50% brandy (to preserve) and the essence of the flower.

One of our favourite wild foods to forage... look how alive & happy it is!!!

Sea spinach is a highly nutritious wild green found along coastal areas. It’s similar to regular spinach but thrives in salty, sandy environments...and it's more robust and tasty (personal opinion)

Nutritional & Health Benefits:
Rich in Vitamins & Minerals: High in vitamin C (immune support), vitamin A (eye health), iron (blood health), and magnesium (muscle function).
