It slowly takes your aliveness.

Outside of it, you meet expansion that scares and liberates you,
truth instead of illusion,
a nervous system that learns it can survive change,
embodied confidence,
and access to who you actually are.

2025 was such a beautiful, expansive year.
A year that stretched me, shaped me, and taught me deeply.

I have evolved so much.
I taught two Kundalini Activation courses.
I held group sessions in Avihayil, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Kfar Saba, and Herzliya.

I traveled through Spain, Mount Shasta, and Japan.
I learned. I taught.
I cried. I loved.
I healed. I evolved. I expanded.

I worked a lot.
And I also gave myself time.
Time to rest.
Time to enjoy life.
Time to have fun.

I worked. I rested.
I showed up. I softened.

I learned how to truly step into my power —
in my body, in my voice, in who I really am.

I made a vision come true:
a Kundalini Activation session with 100 people.

I grounded deeply.
And I also went very high.

I met amazing people.
I helped many to heal, grow, and create better lives for themselves.

I know I am living my mission —
to bring light, to hold space for healing, and to support people in reconnecting to their essence and stepping into their power.

Thank you to all my clients—for coming back, for trusting me, and for recommending me to your friends and family.
Your trust means everything to me.
