Meet Mike.

Michael Friedman, LPC, has counseled couples and individuals with chronic suicidality, history of family violence, trauma, disordered eating, addictions, fertility challenges, problematic sexual behavior, intimacy avoidance, self-defeating patterns, and major mental illness. He was trained by Dr. Ken Adams at IITAP's (The International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals) Module 1 and has completed Level 3 of The Gottman Institute Treatment Method for Couples Counseling. He is a member of SASH (Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health) and was trained by Dr. Ali Domar, Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Health at Harvard Medical School and Founder of Boston IVF"s Domar Mind/Body Center for Fertility Health. He earned a B.A. from University of Maryland where he studied psychology and an M.Ed in Counseling from UNT Dallas.
