It’s time I said hello ♡ I'm Jessica 🧘 Mother, wife, yoga teacher, doula. Similar to the process of pregnancy and birth, the idea to create a yoga studio was just a seed of an idea within me for a long time and developed through a fascinating process of learning, and internal listening. At the right moment, it came to fruition.

Tula Yoga Studio was born out of a desire to create a space for balance. A homey, cozy, intimate space where each and every one of us can find peace, balance and depth. Tula offers a variety of classes and workshops from the world of yoga and meditation. Classes for women and men, female-only yoga, Yin Yoga, pregnancy Yoga, birth preparation workshops, postpartum, mama & baby yoga, breathwork and mindfulness sessions, and yoga for children.

This is an open invitation to you; to take time for yourself out of our busy, rushed lives, to join me and the other wonderful teachers at Tula, to experience this place of peace and balance 🪷
