23 years ago, I was just another guy with back pain, bad posture, and a dream to feel alive again.
Then I found the stability ball and everything changed.

What started as a tool for rehab became my arena of transformation.
I mastered over 3,500 exercises on it, trained like an athlete, and built a body that feels 20 years younger (even though I’m turning 46!).
