In uncertain times like these, we search for consistency . What has helped me is having a yoga practice . I began a 3 year teacher training program a few weeks after October 7, and it’s been one amazing journey, a solid rock in these crazy years. We’ve met weekly as a group: practicing meditation, pranayama, and asanas. Usually, in the studio, but sometimes it’s had to be on zoom and sometimes like today, in the bomb shelter.
