Hand on Heart Meditation
Place one hand on your chest.
Close your eyes.
Say internally:
“I am safe in this moment.”
Slow inhale.
Longer exhale.
Do for 3 minutes.
Safety must be practiced.
If anxiety keeps returning, deeper stored patterns may need guided release.
