A Men's Evening of Mindfulness - Tuesday, October 8th

Join Rabbi Dr. Benjy Epstein for a mindfulness workshop, "The Art of Letting Go During the Days of Teshuva" at the Jerusalem Therapy Center!

Dr. Benjy is an experienced psychologist and author who blends traditional Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy with cognitive-behavioral, spiritual, and acceptance techniques.
