My name is Esther Stein, I am a Doula and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE).
‘Your Empowered Birth’ offers Doula services and Childbirth education. The workshops enable you to learn about childbirth in a warm, comfortable and intimate environment. The goal of these classes is to give you unbiased and evidence based information in order to help you prepare for your birth. You will be presented with the necessary tools to make a birth plan and know what birth setting is right for both you and your partner as well as give you an understanding of what stages your body goes through during birth. We will learn and practice different positions and techniques to help you work with your body, cope with your contractions and manage pain. Since each of us is unique in our goals and expectations of life, I look forward to helping you and your partner find the best way for him/ her to be supportive and helpful to you during this special journey. Another very important consideration is for him/ her to be confident they are there for you in the best way they can be.
