We have carefully positioned the buildings along the historic pathways once used by the farmers. These paths, now a part of the area’s cultural heritage, have been incorporated into the design to preserve the traditional layout of the land. This thoughtful placement ensures that the new structures are harmoniously aligned with the existing landscape and historical routes, thereby creating a dialogue between the past and present.
The final result of this design approach is a residential development that thoughtfully responds to the site’s topographical and historical features.

Our design philosophy is rooted in preserving and enhancing the site’s unique terraced landscape, which is a key element of its historical and cultural identity.
The project’s core concept revolves around maintaining the distinctive terraced topography that has been shaped by generations of local farmers. These terraces, with their intricate pattern and historical significance, form a vital part of the landscape’s character. By aligning the new residential buildings with these existing terraces, we ensure that the development not only integrates seamlessly with the natural terrain but also honors the traditional land use that has defined this area for centuries.
