Sunday morning from 9:30-10:45AM, Tuesday 7-8:15AM

In a tranquil and healing garden setting enjoy a series of gentle yet powerful exercises, tense areas will gradually be opened (neck, back, hip joints, shoulder joints, ankles, and fingers) so that the energy can move more freely allowing the body to return to a state of natural flexibility, vitality and health.

Self massage and shiatsu massage techniques are included.

Candlelight Restorative Exercise on Wed evening at 8:00. PM (May 13)

Come and join us for a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience. using live harp and mediation. The meditation is based on Jewish sources. Gentle stretches, based on Yin Restorative Yoga, will help to open tight hips and lower back.
Emphasis on the breath and opening up the diaphragm and chest area will improve respiration and give a deep feeling of peace and tranquility.
