We are excited to announce the opening of the Israel Center for Edema and Lymphedema under the direction of Jonathan Rosenblum, founder of the Diabetic Foot Service at the Shaarei Zedek Medical Center and an international lecturer on the subject.
The center focuses on the different types of swelling, edema and lymphedema that affects the leg and the lower extremity.
The approach to the condition is holistic in that we look to find the underlying cause of the problem. When treatment begins, we treat both the symptomatic external problems as well as the internal cause.
Treatments are proven to reduce swelling significantly, enhance the condition of the skin, prevent ulceration and most importantly to reduce pain and to increase quality of life.
