What an insightful workshop we experienced at Crossroads last week! Matthew Wagner educated our staff about Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in order for us to better solve conflicts at our youth center, help our therapy clients, and assist us in our own lives. We look forward to incorporating these techniques at Crossroads.
