I grew up in South Africa in a family of healers—my grandmother, father, and uncle all practiced various healing arts. As a massage therapist, I use my hands and feet along with bars on the walls to provide an effective massage treatment that targets every muscle group. I have mastered various massage techniques that enhance all my treatments. I am also a reflexologist and aromatherapist, bringing

a holistic approach to my practice. My passion is to help women—whether they are athletes, pregnant, or at any stage of their lives. I also provide specialized care for women with medical issues. Additionally, I am a doula and childbirth educator. I am currently preparing for my Lamaze childbirth exam this month. I am also studying Sarga Bodywork, a unique massage technique where I tie rope to the massage table.

Small business owners - you all know the frustration when you have clients who don’t value your time and come late. Of course we are human but as business owners it’s important to keep to our policies and make sure we tell our clients to come a few minutes early so that they have the full time ❤️

Yes I do try keep up with learning anatomy and physiology and yes sometimes I do forget some muscle names - forgive me.

A little piece of advice as an aromatherapist!
Check your essential oils expiration date and if they don’t come with an expiration date - I would question the quality of the oil 😊.

When clients come for a massage it’s important that my oils are fresh so they can get the benefits from the plants.
