Resilience 2.0: Thriving After Upheaval
From Startup Nation to Resilient Nation: Turning disruption into creativity and growth
In a reality reshaped by crisis, motivation alone isn’t enough. After two years of ongoing uncertainty, many are still navigating stress, loss, and change - while being asked to perform, innovate, and connect as if nothing happened.
Living through the intensity and complexity of the unique Israeli experience requires us to continually reevaluate, adapt and bounce back.
Organizations now face the urgent challenge of rebuilding morale, retaining talent, reinspiring purpose, and fostering cross-cultural literacy.
This is why I created Resilience 2.0 - a workshop for leaders, international teams, and innovators who are ready to navigate the aftershocks - and move from survival to possibility.
