HI everyone!

Firstly I Hope everyone is well and healthy both mentally and physically in these testing times!

Unfortunately I am unable to see patients at the moment. But that doesn't mean I cannot help from a far. If anyone has any questions about pain and posture and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am happy to answer any questions

For now I am currently doing my second job. A much harder job. Stay at home mum. All of you who are already stay at home parents . You are heros
