I’m really excited to announce our next challenge 🙌🏻
It’s one exercise a day.
Yes — that’s it.
This challenge is for people who “don’t have time to exercise.”
All you need is you.
No equipment.
Everyone is welcome.
And it’s free.
👉🏻 We’re starting Sunday, February 8th.
For those who don’t know me:
I have a degree in exercise science, I’m a sports nutritionist, and I’ve been a fitness trainer for 17 years. I train doctors, soldiers, CEOs, kids, teens, and older adults — real people with real lives and real schedules and I survived a terrorist shooting.
There will be beginner, intermediate, and advanced options, so everyone can do this at their level.
