This retreat at Hotel was a reminder of how powerful a space can be when it carries history, soul, and intention.
A historic hotel, celebrating its own journey, filled with culture, depth, and experiences truly worth following.
It was also the beginning of a beautiful collaboration between and .alon.official
and it feels deeply aligned.
When women with a shared vision come together, they don’t just create events
they create space.
Space for wellness.
Space for growth.
Space for meaningful connections.
Not just movement.
Not just the body.
But a community.
We opened the day with Acro Yoga our warm-up, our grounding, our reminder of trust, play, and connection.
From there, the energy flowed naturally into a powerful breathwork session guided by .awakens beautifully infused with his deep connection to Judaism — bringing presence, depth, and soul into the space.
The collaboration between the three of us, together with the hotel, couldn’t have been more perfect.
