Spinal Flex – releases blocked emotions stored in respective organs
Spinal Flex is a great palate cleanser in between poses. It unblocks and creates a flexibility of the spine which relates to a flexible mind and is responsible for the nervous system. It is a conduit for cerebrospinal fluid, and spinal flex helps clear the passage so that oxygen more easily can be sent to the organs.
As you sit in easy pose or rock pose, inhale and rock the pelvis forward and as you exhale you round the lower back and rock the pelvis back. Focus on expanding your chest. You can close your eyes and focus on either your third eye or your heart.
