I am incredibly happy to announce that I will be one of the lecturers at the new "Leaders of Innovation" Course for managers by The The Peres Center for Peace & Innovation מרכז פרס לשלום ולחדשנות along with Spyre Group - Innovation Eco System Design.
We will explore how to assimilate innovation, how to take risks, and how to transform them into success stories. I will present best practices on , and impact-based decision-making!
Innovative thinking is explored during the course as a creative worldview that makes it possible to meet goals and achieve a cross-organizational impact.

השקעות ESG: כל מה שרצית לדעת עלה ESG , היתרונות וההזדמנויות לעסקים.

הבאז וורד החדש בשכונה הוא ESG. מה הוא בעצם? מאמר מומלץ

בעשור האחרון, האקוסיסטם הפיננסי בעולם עובר שינויים משמעותיים עם צמיחת צורות מימון בר קיימא. משבר האקלים והשפעתו על המגזר העסקי לצד גורמים סביבתיים וחברתיים נכנסו למערך השיקולים של משקיעים לאורך כל שרשרת ההשקעות בשל השפעתם על שורת הרווח.

מה זה ESG? משמעות המושג ESG הינו הטמעה והתייחסות לגורמי סביבה, חברה וממשל תאגידי (Environmental Social Governance – ESG) כחלק מההתנהלות העסקית של חברות וארגונים.

עד 2050: מעל 53 טריליון דולר השקעות.
היקף ההשקעות הגלובליות שנותן דגש על ESG גדל בשנים האחרונות בכ-20% בממוצע לשנה, עד לרמות הנוכחיות של יותר מ-35 טריליון דולר, ועם הערכות לגידול של עד 53 טריליון דולר ב-2025.

משקיעים רואים בהטמעת שיקולי ESG אמצעי לזיהוי סיכונים והזדמנויות שמובילים לשיפור תשואות ולכן דורשים מתאגידים וממנהלי השקעות משניים למדוד ולנהל תחומי סביבה חברה וממשל תאגידי...

Every action we take is a choice.
It's all up to us. As part of a recent podcast, I spoke about ways to create profit, impact what we care about, and have fun on a daily basis.

אני לא אפוקליפטית, ידוע לחברים שלי שאני מהאופטימיות. ובכל זאת, האקלים כבר כאן, חם וזה מפחיד גם אותי. מה עושים?
התעוררנו לחום אימיים הבוקר? ילדים בבית בחופש וקורונה ועוד קצת ונשברים? יחד עם כל אלו הטמפרטורות לא מפסיקות לעלות. משבר אקלים כאן וההזדמנות לעשייה קיימת, אך הולכת ומצמצמת. #זהבוערעכשיו.

אתמול התקיים - "יום החוב האוקולוגי" או "יום מיצוי המשאבים". Earth Overshoot Day
בקצרה, מדובר על העובדה שהאנושות כבר כילתה את משאבי הטבע שכדור הארץ מסוגל לייצר לשנת 2021. כלומר, החל מאתמול ובמשך כחמישה חודשים (אוגוסט עד דצמבר), בני האדם - אנחנו חיים על "אוברדראפט" בחשבון משאבי הטבע שכדור הארץ מספק.
