After carrying out a survey more than 100 people responded by telling me that they had "migraines" several times a week.
I tried in this blog to explain why these headaches are not necessarily migraine but also can be another type of headache and especially how to prevent them from coming back.

I am a 24 years old French guy , I learned massage in Paris and now studying osteopathy. I always have been a sportive guy doing boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu so I know the benefit of a good massage after a hard week of work and training ! I just want to share with you what I learned and help you to feel better !
