Sunset Yoga TLV Traditional Hatha Yoga with emphasis on breathing, meditation and safety - to create a flexible body I use the yoga practice in various ways.

Welcome to my page and thank you for visiting :)

Let me introduce myself: My name is Julie, I grew up in Switzerland (Zurich), where I studied and worked in educational/school psychology. I moved to Israel in February 2015 and reached the level I hatha yoga teaching certificate in May 2015. Since then, I've been giving yoga lessons in various locations and constellations, next to working in Tel Aviv. My main focus is to have a healthy physical work-out, that I can pursue easily in my day-to-day life. Secondly, I have a strong interest in combining psychology/hypnotherapy and yoga. With psychology I mean stress, anxiety and feeling down - feelings and thoughts we all have. By concentrating on the present moment and breath, the meditation and mindfulness can help alleviate these sensations, that often start in the body. And lastly, humor is a big part of my life, personality and attitude. Yoga just cries out to be laughed at and not to be taken too seriously. Imagine smiling through your forehead :D

I'm growing and learning from every student. So please feel free to message, call or just come to a class. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

As you may have noticed, I'm on a sunset yoga break 👶 I very much miss having classes and will get back to it as soon as possible!

The weekday and location of the yoga class are changing to ... *drum roll*... MONDAY EVENINGS AT SARONA PARK!!!

It will keep on being mixed level and costing only 30sheks 👍

I can't wait to carry on and hope to keep on seeing my beloved regular Saturday crowd on Mondays ❤
