Join us for a transformative Iyengar Yoga retreat in the Indian Himalayas. Surrounded by majestic nature, fresh mountain air, and nourishing vegetarian meals, this is a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect.

During this week we will refine, deepen, and explore the foundations of Iyengar Yoga through a daily Asana and Pranayama practice. Complemented by sound healing, Kirtan (devotional singing), meditation by the river, and guided village walks.
Accommodation is at a beautiful river facing retreat farm stay, surrounded by wild nature with chef-prepared vegetarian meals designed for yoga practitioners.

Congratulations to Zili Ben Yaakov on receiving her certification as an Iyengar Yoga teacher!

Zili has been practicing with us for many years, under Inga’s close guidance and personal mentoring. Over the years, she has also served as Inga’s dedicated assistant, deepening her understanding and experience in Iyengar Yoga teaching.

Having practiced with us for so long, Zili is now also a wonderful teacher in her own right- attentive, sensitive, and precise with her students.

Zili, we are all so proud of you and wish you a meaningful, inspiring, and fulfilling path ahead as a yoga teacher.

This time Inga visit south of Norway!
Incredible landscapes, stunning fjords , amazing weather- the last days of northern summer.
And most important, it was truly heartwarming to see the students friends year after year !

🌿 *Meet Ya’ara – Our New Studio Manager!* 🌿

Hi everyone,
I’m Ya’ara, the new administrative manager of Iyengar Yoga Studio Tel Aviv South.

I’ve been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 2012, and was fortunate to meet Inga a few years later.
Yoga holds deep meaning in my life, and I’m deeply grateful for the role it plays. I’m very happy to be of service to the students of the studio and to Inga’s wider community.

I’m a mother of two daughters, married to Manu, and we currently live in Pune, India- the heart of Iyengar Yoga.

I’m honored and excited to support the studio’s community from afar, and I look forward to being in touch with many of you!

🪷 Sundays: 19:00–20:15 with Dalit
🪷 Tuesdays: 19:00–20:30 with Tsili, this class will be a gentle session, specially adapted for practitioners with back, joint, or neck issues.
