Some students find a special place in my heart — and Sarah is one of them.
She’s been practicing yoga with me for over six years, with little breaks here and there… not because life got in the way, but because she took off to travel the world 🌍✨She loves life — truly and fully.

About a year ago, Sarah was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, she has amazed me again and again — not only with her courage, but with the way she lives her journey. With humor, with sharp and playful cynicism, with unwavering faith, and with a deep desire to keep experiencing everything this life has to offer.

She never stopped practicing yoga with me.
Between chemotherapy and biological treatments, she kept showing up — sometimes just to breathe together, sometimes to move deeply. But always with presence, strength, and heart.

In these photos, I’m sharing little glimpses of our moments together — not just to celebrate her, but to hopefully inspire others who may be walking their own challenging path. And the t-shirt I’m wearing in th last photo was given to me by Sarah, support squad 💕 and was taken yesterday after she joined my end of month 3 hour workshop! What a queen 👸🏻

Sarah reminds me, time and again, how powerful the body can be, how strong the spirit is, and how yoga is so much more than what happens on the mat 🫶

My beautiful Sarah, thanks for trusting and inspiring me 😇🙏

✨ In every breath lies a seed of hope ✨

Wishing us all a brighter New Year 🍎🍯
May we find calm and balance, may peace grow stronger than war, and may every person held away return home soon💛

📸 This photo was taken after the special Rosh Hashanah morning yoga class I led this morning— welcoming the New Year with movement, breath and intention😇

For two weeks, we had to stay near a shelter — a safer place to protect our lives. We were lucky: the kibbutz welcomed us, and being close to nature brought a bit of calm.

Every day, I held Zoom yoga sessions for children and adults — my own child always beside me.
And at night, we ran to the shelter with strangers as the sirens blared.

You can see it in the photos:

🧸 A night in the shelter
🌳 And today — the parent-child session in the park

A couple of days ago, they said we’re “back to normal.”
But our hearts and bodies know: it takes time.

We didn’t think the end-of-year yoga gathering would happen. And yet, surprisingly, it did.
We met in the park.
Children, parents, mats, breath, presence.
As if nothing happened — and yet, everything did.

We’ll need time to process and heal.
Today’s session was a beginning.
An opportunity to feel, to soften, to reconnect.
To land

May we all find moments to land. May there be peace🙏

Life is wild.
We came back from our first couple’s holiday abroad — full of sun and calm — just in time, before the skies closed and this crazy war with Iran broke out.

We left our apartment because it’s not safe enough for the amount of bombings, and now we’re in a kibbutz, surrounded by nature, which is the most healing thing for us right now. He’s learning to ride, we’re playing, breathing, grounding.

Between it all, I’m teaching yoga on Zoom — from an improvised ‘studio’ with a mat, a laptop, and many sirens in between. And somehow, it still works. When we breathe. When we soften. When we show up.

Grateful for this place, family, faith, connection — even through a screen.
Hoping this war ends quickly, and that all living beings — can live in peace.

Last week I turned 47- an age I still can’t believe I’m holding in this cycle… In deep gratitude and awe, I took my first-ever holiday abroad with just my husband 🩷 5 days of quiet, pampering, books, yoga, love, food… and true connection.

Five years ago, on my birthday, he proposed to me on a desert getaway. One of these pics is a little remake of that special moment. Itamar Arbell, I love you so much—may we have many more of these magical times together ✨

A beautiful chain of lucky alignments and the generosity of dear ones made it all possible: My incredible sister-in-law missing her flight and staying with Koren, and my old flatmate Tanja Sternbauer offering us her gorgeous villa so we could stay like locals for a few days. I’m so thankful to be able to be so spontaneous too.

To my students: as a birthday gift from me, you still have a few more days to bring a friend to class for free 🎁 🤸‍♀️ I'd love to meet your friend / partner and connect.

And of course going out of the country after so long, it’s so clear how much tension the war is brining into our collective hearts, and also in moments of joy, my heart holds the weight of everything happening around us—war and grief. May we hold both joy and compassion, always. And may there be peace 🕊️

I don’t post much these days.
I teach a lot—in my home studio, at the country club, in special workshops and events—but I often don’t get around to sharing it as much.

Something about life since October 7th feels different. The words don’t come as easily, and the need to turn inward has been stronger than the urge to show up online.

But I do want to share this small, spontaneous moment from last weekend’s Acro Yoga convention. A heart-opening space created by .israel that create a joyful, connecting, playful, and family oriented space where no one takes themselves too seriously.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer moments of quiet, connection, and turning inward within all this commotion

It shows again and again that Yoga is a space that can be practiced anywhere, and this video captures that spirit beautifully. Thank you Noya who surprised me and filmed 💛💚♥️

I’m definitely a sunshine and heat kind of person, but over the years, with yoga and practice, I’ve learned I can handle anything.

So, I took the two main men in my life and headed to the cold, windy sea for a ritual of release and renewal. I let the waves wash away the challenges of 2024, screamed into the powerful wind to let go of what no longer serves me, and prayed for the end of the war and the safe return of all the hostages 🎗️.

It was a deeply cleansing experience—a connection to the elements. I felt revived, courageous, freshhhh, grounded, and ready to embrace 2025.

I challenge you to take a moment for yourself—whether in nature, through movement, or however feels right for you—and let me know how it feels.

A huge thank you to everyone who practiced with me in 2024, who surrendered, trusted, and showed up. Here’s to a brighter, stronger year ahead!

✨ Healing Through Touch ✨

Today, I had the privilege of spending the day up north with incredible colleagues, sharing, learning, and deepening our practice at the very first Yin Yoga convention.

This photo captures one of my absolute favorite parts of teaching: offering healing touch. There’s something so powerful about connecting through touch — a practice of trust, intimacy, surrender, healing and care. It’s a joy to bring this mindful touch into the classes I teach.

If you’ve never experienced the magic of healing adjustments, I invite you to join me! Let’s explore, move, and create moments of calm and balance together. 🧘 🧘🏻‍♀️

✨ DM me for class times or to learn more about my offerings — I’d love to see you on the mat! ✨
