לכבוד יום האישה הבינלאומי, פייט טי אל וי וקרוספיט תל אביב מאחדים כוחות ומקיימים אירוע מיוחד לנשים שמטרתו לקדם כוח, ביטחון והעצמה! את האירוע מובילות עדי רותם, שרון רוזנפלד וג'יליאן גולדנברג. עדי, המחזיקה בתואר אלופת העולם באיגרוף תאילנדי פעמיים ברציפות, הינה המאמנת של קבוצת האיגרוף התאילנדי בפייט טי אל וי. שרון רונזפלד וג'יליאן גולדברג, ספורטאיות המתחרות בתחום הכושר והפווארליפטינג, והן מצוות המאמנים של קרוספיט תל אביב.
המשתתפות יהנו משני סמינרים אשר אורכם כ-45 דקות.
סמינר בנושא הגנה עצמית עם עדי וסמינר בנושא אימוני כח, ויתרונותיהם - הפיזיולוגיים, הפסיכולוגיים וכו', עם שרון וג׳יליאן.
כל ההכנסות יועברו לעמותת "רוח נשית" - עמותה המסייעת לנשים נפגעות אלימות להגיע לעצמאות כלכלית ולהשאר מחוץ למעגל האלימות.

In honor of International Women's Day, Fight TLV & CrossFit Tel Aviv are partnering to host a special event FOR WOMEN to promote strength, confidence and empowerment! The event will be led by Adi Rotem, Sharon Rosenfeld and Jillian Goldberg. Adi is a two-time Muay Thai World Champion as well as the Muay Thai coach at Fight TLV. Sharon and Jillian are both competitive strength athletes and coaches at CrossFit Tel Aviv.
Participants will take part in two 45-minute sessions - a women's self defense class with Adi & a strength training session with Sharon and Jillian (focused on the benefits of lifting weights for the female athletes, including improved physique, posture, stronger bone density and self-empowerment)!
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Women's Spirit (Ruach Nash*t), a charity that supports women affected by violence to attain financial independence and remain outside the cycle of violence. A donation of 50₪ is required for participation in the event, while donations of 75₪ or more will include participation plus a free tote bag from Ruach Nash*t.
