Position: Field Application Specialist

Location: Hospital Clinico Universitario San Carlos, Madrid, Spain

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the product's transition from the development phase to the implementation and customer training phase.
• Conduct customer training after installation.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients in Cath labs, providing comprehensive support.
• Communicate client feedback to R&D and management teams.
• Facilitate the implementation of new and upgraded products at client sites.
• Document and follow up on user-reported issues, ensuring effective internal support and implementation of corrective measures.
• Validate clinical use cases and perform usability testing.
Qualifications:
• Current BSc/MD student in Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, X-ray Technology, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
• A keen learner with a desire to understand various aspects of the company.
• Highly motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
• Available to work from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3-4 days per week.
