הקונגרס העולמי ללימפומות של העור מתקיים כעת בקליפורניה בהשתתפות מומחים מכל העולם.
בכנס אנחנו מציגים את ממצאי המחקר שנעשה על ידי הקבוצה שלנו בממוריאל סלואון קטרינג בתחום : מחקר קליני על מינון נמוך של ברנטוקסימב לחולי מיקוזיס פונגוידס, מחקר אפידמיולוגי בנושא הקשר בין המחלה לטיפולים אימונולוגיים )דופילומב( ובנושא תת ייצוג אוכלוסיות מיעוט במחקרים קליניים.
אנו מציגים ממצאים חדשים על מוטציות גנטיות בחולי לימפומה עורית (fusions and KYT gene alterations) וכן צביעות אימונוהיסטולוגיות לאיפיון פריחות הנובעות מטיפול אימונולוגי בחולי ליפומות עור.

תודה מיוחדת לסטודנטית ליאור לוין ולמתמחה רייצ'ל כריסטנסן שעובדות איתי על חלק מהפרויקטים הללו. 🙏🏻

The world congress of cutaneous lymphoma is held in Pasadena California with the participation of physicians from all over the world.

I have the privilege to participate and to present the diverse research efforts of our cutaneous lymphoma group at MSKCC with our hematology, pathology and dermatology colleagues.

At this WCCL our group presents 8 projects :
Clinical study on low dose brentuximab use in mycosis fungoudes patients. Epidemiologic studies looking into dupilumab-associated lymphopriliferative disorders of the skin in our center and in the FDA adverse effects reporting system, racial disparities in cutaneous lymphoma clinical trials.
Pathology and molecular diagnosis looking into genetic fusions and TYK alterations in skin lymphomas as well as role of TRBC1 immunohistochemitry for assessment of Mogamulizymab associated rash.

Special thanks to the talented MD student Leore Lavin and the PGY-1 resident Rachel Christensen, MD for their hard efforts preparing for this meeting.

בכנס למחלות עור דלקתיות בוינה אוסטריה בסיום הרצאתי בנושא לימפומות עור ואסתמה של העור, ציינתי את החטופים המוחזקים זה 40 יום בשבי חמאס. הלוואי ונראה את שחרורם שלמים ובריאים בקרוב.

At the end of my talk on Atopic Dermatitis and Cutaneous Lymphoma at the ISID meeting in Vienna two days ago, I called from the podium for the immediate release of the kidnapped Israeli babies and children and all others safely from Hamas=ISIS.

בסיום הרצאתי בכנס רופאי העור האירופי בברלין התעודדתי מתמיכת הקהל בגינוי המתקפה הבלתי אנושית של החמאס נגד ישראל ונגד העולם החופשי באשר הוא. כולנו תקווה לשחרורם המהיר של החטופים ומתן יחס הומניטרי בשבי.

I am doing my way back from the EADV conference in Berlin where I gave a talk on the new skin directed therapies for cutaneous T- cell lymphoma.
I was encouraged by the audience's support in condemning the inhuman attack of Hamas on Israel and in hoping to see all hostages treated humanely and freed safely to their homes immediately.

utaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) are T-cell lymphomas that are present primarily in the skin and may progress to involve lymph nodes, the bloodstream, and visceral organs. CTCL is a group of skin neoplasms that differ in their clinical and pathological presentation as well as in the prognosis and outcome.
