As an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, I have the privilege of meeting inspiring women every day, patients, colleagues, researchers, and students. I see that true strength begins from within: in the decision not to give up on us. International Women’s Day reminds us of values that matter every single day.

Here are a few principles I deeply believe in:

Aim high. Believe in your ability to achieve. Value yourself. Trust your intuition. Invest in yourself. Share your experience. Strive for independence and freedom of choice. Celebrate the success of other women. Choose carefully the people around you.

איזה ערב מיוחד זה היה!
ערב רופאים וקולגות נוסף התקיים השבוע במרכז כירורגי: Schwartz-Arad Surgical Center
ערב של שיח מעמיק, תובנות משמעותיות, השראה וחיבורים אנושיים אמיתיים.
ברצוננו להודות לד"ר שוורץ-ארד על הרצאה מרתקת בנושא: "שיטות טיפול כירורגיות במצבי אטרופיה קיצונית בלסת העליונה האחורית" ולד"ר אמיר לביא על הרצאה מעשירה בנושא: "מפרקי הלסת".
