Yoga breathing practices can stimulate, soothe, or balance your nervous system in just a few minutes. Different techniques yield different results, but Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) is particularly renowned for its profound balancing effects.

*How to Practice Nadi Shodhana:*
1. Use ocean breath for both the inhale and exhale.
2. Close your right nostril and inhale through your left nostril for a count of 1-2-3-4.
3. Close your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril for a count of 4-3-2-1.
4. Inhale through your right nostril for a count of 1-2-3-4.
5. Close your right nostril and exhale through your left nostril for a count of 4-3-2-1.
6. Each inhale and exhale sequence completes one round.
7. Practice for a total of 10 rounds.
