If your mornings start with acidity, brain fog, or a heavy belly… it’s not “just stress” — it’s your liver asking for a reset.
Do this 5-min ritual before tea/coffee (haan, pehle ye!):
Tongue scrape + rinse — clears overnight toxins (ama)
1 glass warm water + pinch jeera + squeeze lemon — gentle bile flow
1 min diaphragmatic breaths — switch off cortisol, switch on digestion
Light mobility — neck, shoulders, spine twists (30 sec each)
PFF first meal (Protein–Fat–Fiber) — eggs/paneer + nuts/seeds + sautéed veggies
Consistent mornings = calmer gut, fewer cravings, stable energy.
